What this site collects

This site collects a limited set of data tied to operating the site and responding to service requests.

1. Intake form submissions If you complete and submit the service request form at /intake/, the information you provide is collected so I can review the request, respond, confirm fit, ask follow-up questions, or decline the work. Submission data is stored within the site's WordPress, form, and hosting stack and accessed only as needed to operate the business.

2. Technical and security data Like most websites, this site and its hosting, caching, and security layers may process technical data such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, referrer data, device-browser information, and security event logs to operate, secure, cache, troubleshoot, and prevent abuse.

3. Cookies and consent preferences This site uses cookies or similar technologies for site function, security, caching, and consent-preference storage. The live cookie banner controls any optional categories presented there. This site is not intended for advertising, retargeting, or marketing list-building.

What this site does not collect

• No email newsletter signups or marketing list
• No user accounts or member areas
• No public comments
• No appointment booking system
• No sale of personal data

Third-party services

This site may rely on third-party providers for managed WordPress hosting, form handling, caching, security, spam prevention, and consent management. It may also link to or embed third-party platforms such as LinkedIn. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Retention and deletion

I keep submitted data only as long as reasonably necessary for inquiry handling, business recordkeeping, security, or legal obligations. If you have submitted data through the intake form and want it deleted, contact me directly. If I can delete it, I will confirm once done.

Future changes

If a newsletter, opt-in, or marketing system is ever added to this site, it will be implemented separately with its own clear consent language. Prior form submitters will not be retroactively added to any list.
